The gentleman that cut my son's hair did a great job and was very knowledgeable but when I went to schedule another appointment with him he didn't bother to tell me he was not working in the shop because he had to have knee surgery. I think it was extremely poor customer service not to notify me that he was not going to be available rather than having me and my son show up to see him after I scheduled the appointment on his webpage and after I sent him a text to confirm the appointment (he never responded). Some people are just not meant to be in business. Customer service is everything!!!!!!
