Do NOT do business with them! I bought my vehicle & it was shaking at steering wheel over 60mph. Brought it to the shop, & discovered I purchased it with a bent rim & a cracked CV joint… it also needed tire alignment & balance. It was fixed after a month & a half of being at their shop. I was given a loaner from them, thankfully, but had to drive 4 hours from my home back to the dealership to switch out the loaner because they sold the one I was using!! I was promised a $100 gift card for my troubles, which was never received. I even had to call corporate office because of all of this nonsense. The managers are no help at this particular dealership!!!!!!! After I FINALLY got my car back, it started giving me trouble again & when I brought it to the shop once again, it still hadn’t had an alignment /balance, SO I HAD TO PAY FOR THAT!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE & GET A CAR ELSEWHERE!!!!!

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HADthese shiesty salesman’s approved me for the truck I wanted. but called up they’re other customers that were interested in the truck and sold it over the phone (or so I was told) while I was sitting in house. Approved. And ready to role off the lot with a new ride.The bald (boss man) in the front office is shady as hell and I will never be back to this place.My salesman even told me he wanted to give people the best deal so he can have some repeat customers! Don’t think that’ll happen with this kinda service bud

The car is not available! True StoryI started communicating with Emily Scott Robbins on 11/8 regarding BMW 7 series. I got an appointment to view and test drive the car on 11/27 and traveled from NYC to Shreveport. When I reached there, she told me, "The car is unavailable as the manager took it to the paint shop last Friday, 11/24, to fix a small damage". She then offered another car, which I declined. I spoke to the manager, Cress, regarding this, and he told me the car was sent to the workshop on 11/6 !!I wondered if the car had huge damage, Sold, or something wrong they planned for.I also got a call from the GM, Steve Robinson, who was not helpful.This is an Unreliable dealership.References are available upon request.

Take your business elsewhere, buying a car is easy because they want to make money but it's a problem when you gotta bring your car in. Bought a car 6 months ago from this dealership brought it in because of a electrical problem where something is draining the battery. Its a problem the car definitely had before being purchased because the paint on the frame is scratched off where the cars been jumped off multiple times before. Anyway brought the car in after days of trying to get into contact with our sales rep. that has no idea what he's talking about, just wants to make a sale and be done. They had us waiting 3 hours and told us they had to keep the car without even checking the battery, they didn't have us a loaner car. I live a hour away and they sent us back with our car still not fixed and told us to come back another day. Everyone was trying to blame each other on why the car didn't get the the treatment it was supposed to the 3 hours we sat there.

If this dealership was selling a vehicle for 5 dollars I probably still wouldn't buy it I drove 2 hours just to get a headache we get to the dealership where they supposed to have had the car well it wasn't there so the nice lady at the infiniti dealership drove us to the Acura dealership where they act like they can't find the key own top of that I talked to someone at the Acura dealership I think they said his name was Tiy if that was him he's in the wrong profession they way he talks he needs a job down at Angola they just wasted my day think you Orr Auto I gave them 1 star because it's no zero
