I went to get a haircut here wanting layers and a worker did not ask me first if I wanted done with a razor or regular scissors. The razor she chose to use very badly damaged my hair and if you google razor cuts it says it's not suitable for thin fragile hair which I have. The owner was very rude to me claiming he can't give a refund bc he lied saying I used products that they were selling. I was looking at them wanting to buy them but wasn't opening products. This store will lie and gas light when u are wanting a refund bc you are unhappy with a cut a worker did. Just warning everyone. They do not satisfy the customer and a store with a rude owner

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HEREThe short, heavy set brunette with glasses need to be fired immediately. I just got THE WORST hair cut I have ever seen. She has no idea how to use the clippers or the scissors. I have red patches all over my head from how hard she was shoving the clippers into my skin. She was pushing so hard that she had my chin pinned against my chest. Then, she almost gave me whiplash while trying to use the scissors because she was pulling the scissor through my hair instead of clipping…the worst hair stylist ever.I asked for a medium fade with 1 inch trimmed off the top…I walked out with basically a mohawk…she faded so far up the side that she went a quarter of the way across the top of my head on both sides….then proceeded to give me a buzz cut on the top when she was only supposed to take an inch off..I go to the same stylist everytime I’m there because even she realized how bad they had been cutting my hair and she finally got it looking decent..she wasn’t there today, so I had to go with somebody else..I guess that’s what I get.

I asked for a low fade, and apparently she doesn't know what that is... Fine, whatever I guess I should've told her to go from the occipital bone down with the fade... She asked if I wanted her to cut the top of my hair, I replied "No, the top is fine." AS I'M SAYING THIS she starts trimming the top of my hair down, as if she didn't just hear me say no. I won't be back.
