I had the best experience in the store today. I always love the huge selection of items. I was in looking for some particular items and Ms. Pam S. helped me find everything I needed. The employees are always so helpful, the store is always clean and the selection is great.

I was there yesterday April 23, 2024 to pick up a prescription for a family member who is sick, the techs would not allow me to pick up the prescription say something about it’s state law so I had to call my family to come up there to see if they could get the prescription. The pharmacy techs still would not allow us to pick up the prescription so as we were leaving a comment was made about a tech along the lines “no one’s talking to you skinny eyebrows” and the lady who is a pharmacist or tech working starting screaming across the store and threatening the customer and saying “you don’t want these problems”. Regardless of the comment made the lady is NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT, so we returned asking for her name and they had her in the office and wouldn’t give us her name saying she was in the right bc a comment was made about her that hurt her feelings! It was very unprofessional and WE GOT THE PRESCRIPTION FILLED ELSE WHERE!!!!! There is always a problem when we try to fill with this store and they were in the wrong !!!

This place has the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. While visiting my daughter I became sick and went to the local quick care and was given a prescription. They emailed the RX to Drug Emporium on Kings Hwy. When I arrived at the store I realized my drivers license had expired and they told me I would have to have a valid I.d. I then sent my family to pick up the RX but to my dismay they refused to allow him to pick it up. After going back to the pharmacy we were told by not one employee but 4 that I could not have my RX and they wouldn’t give me a copy of the RX. Several words were exchanged and the woman behind the counter began yelling at my grandson. We left the store and on my way out I fell in the parking lot because of a big dip in the concrete and bummed up my knee and skinned up both hands. No one from the store even came out to see if I was alright. The workers in this pharmacy are extremely rude and the prices are 2X more than other drug stores. $31.10 at Drug Emporium and $14.56 at Walmart. Walmart had it filled in 15 minutes with no problems.Watch out for this store. Everything in there is 2 to 3X more than anywhere else.Shop around before you go to Drug Emporium.
