It’s not that bad of a back if you hug the left side and take your time. Appt was at 9, got here at 6:15 and was put right in the open dock.

The ditch across the street is deep please be careful! Coming in you might need to make a u-turn in the furniture express lot and then get your truck all the way over in the left lane on the road and drive up to the shipping docks with the blue roof then slowly start to maneuver into the dock. For newer drivers, a 90 or alley dock is the best method to get in this spot

This load was already 9 days overdue I just brought it here. As explained in the last review this is a tight area... This is not a good backing practice for a rookie, unless they do it at less than 1 mph!There is parking down the street at planet fitness and also an abandoned lot on the corner of Sippel Rd and LA511... Although it is a private lot... Local authorities will allow you to sleep there just do not idle your truck.I was in the dock at 12:15 and pulling out by 12:55. The photos of the ditch it does not look like much because there's water, debris and boxes... The ditch is about 3 ft deep. So if you go over into it, you will need to call a winch out.

Appt 0900. Arrived 0845. Door right away. Unloaded and paperwork in hand by 0945. Only two dock doors here. Quick unload. There is a ditch across from the docks so be careful. Not sure about overnight parking. I saw one truck parked in front of the docks the night before. I parked 1 mile down the road at the planet fitness.

Fast unloading and professional staff everything is fine only thing I did not like there is big ditch directly across from the warehouse that can cause serious damage when you back up to the dock. I thank the guy that works there for warning me!

Good, little hard to back into the door. There a ditch that you have to avoid. If you drop a wheel off the road you will need a towe.
