Went in because the “LOW TIRE PRESSURE”. Was a rainy day and they were not very busy. Checked and aired the tires at not charge.

I could not be more thankful! I am from out of town and just passing through and my battery died on a Sunday morning. Apparently I have a dud and the battery is deader than dead. I dealt with 2 other auto parts stores before I called Mavis. Lucretia answered the phone and had a battery transferred over immediately. Apparently I have a special battery that needs to be installed quickly to protect the computer in my vehicle. CJ installed it. What a fella he is! Lucretia and CJ saved the day. They promptly handled my issue and did it with the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They are the best!
Mavis saved the day. Thank you Lucretia and Cj.

The associate name Rue is such a wonderful soul I absolutely love that lady she helped me so much with my car words can’t explain how much I’m grateful for her. I didn’t know what was wrong with my tire until I came here and she told me what was wrong and she also helped me understand how it got that way she was so nice and very respectful she’s a blessing

Horrible they had my a/c compressor wire connector on a pulley not connected belt skinning wires bout my belt on wrong missing a thread from pulley I just a a full inspection before I brought it too them now I'm gone too firestone too make sure they didn't do nuttin else

Ruby was an amazing help with trying to get my tire fixed. Everyone was very professional & helpful. Talked you through every step of the way, didn’t feel like I was a burden. Super friendly; definitely recommend this place to anyone for your cars needs!
