Item marked $18 rang up $27.99. Sticker was correct and un altered. Manager said someone forgot the price increase sticker. He wouldn't honor marked price and best he would do was refund. I bought it anyway. I will never return. To a gamestop again.

Just had the absolute worst experience in my life after being a customer for over 6 years and counting. The rep Summer was completely unprofessional, rude , domestic know how to do her own job correctly had to walk her through the entire process. When we walked in she didn’t not greet or speak and continued scanning inventory instead of assisting. We asked for her to contact her supervisor , she said she’s not bothering her boss with this type of customer. She automatically assumed our transaction was illegal because of our race. I’ve never been racially profiled like this before. This was a very traumatic experience for me and my sisters. I no longer plan on contributing any more money to GameStop or their other corporations. And I will be filing a complaint through corporate

I have always loved shopping with GameStop. I replaced a pair of headphones due to the cord messing up and they suggested I buy the extended warranty. I asked if the extended warranty covered cord damage and they told me yes. Took the headphones back today six months later, because the cord is damaged and they would not replace them. They told me the employee that told me this is no longer with them for this reason. But would not honor what he had told me because they said it was a he said she said situation. I understand the policy however, I was sold a product and lied to about being able to use it. This probably ruins any more shopping I will do with GameStop.

Didn't have what we needed but we're super helpful and pleasant. They pointed me to the game exchange which we ended up loving just as much as gamestop but had never even heard of. The store was definitely well stopped but what we were looking for isn't even sold in stores anymore as much as more likely to find on eBay as I found out later. So not having what I needed wasn't an issue with them so much is what I was looking for being a bit rare and obscure. Basically though I've never been to a GameStop I didn't enjoy in some way or another and this was no different. I found it extremely funny how close to two GameStops were to each other in this area though so apparently there's a great need for GameStops. I'm definitely happy we have them.

Brought Xbox Elite controller from them and it for 5 days and tired to return it and they dnt except returns from products that are open which is unacceptable I advise anybody that wants to purchase a console or accessories are games to not go there they're because their customer service is not what it's supposed to be and I will never purchase anything from them again

Love this Gamestop! Shawn is an awesome manager. Store is always clean and well kept. Reid is also great. This store is always so knowledgeable about games and figures. Anytime I ask about pre-orders for figures they go out of their way to help me decide which ones to get. Thank you for your great customer service. Keep up the hard work guys!
