It was nice that it was free and a lot of volunteers. I am 20 minutes later still in excruciating pain. She pushed it really a little too hard and twisted.Hurt so badly.There is a way to be more gentle. I’m certain.Ask prior for a little tender care.I didn’t know to ask.
