Zero stars. She’ll probably argue with this review and blame it on me or my puppy…Ha! Whatever. I’ve been patient with their very strange assembly line practices (7-8 hours to groom a dog??) and given this snarky owner a lot of second chances, but I’m done. Do yourself and your pup a favor and just go elsewhere.
P.S. - I have hand-stripped the puppy (the method ACTUALLY recommended for the breed.. smh) at my in-home grooming station frequently since she was 10 weeks old. I also gently dematt her frequently with no problems. My dog was muzzled and abused in this facility. Period.

Awesome grooming shop. Lesley & her crew are superstars! My border collie Rufus has anxiety at other places but he loves going to Fur-Get-Me-Knots. He always looks so good & feels relaxed. If your babies need attention, this is the place. You won't regret it.

Called twice about grooming my Jayke. Both times she was seriously snooty. You talk down to me then you definitely DO NOT NEED MY BUSINESS!! I paid Viking Drive Vets that 200.00+tip and they did an AWESOME JOB!!

I absolutely love the care my fur children get here. I have a Maltipoo and Cocker spaniel. She can groom any kind of dog with any kind of hair. Her and her husband are the most welcomg anytime I bring my dogs in.

I’ve used this groomer several times for my dog & had good experiences. However, I recently referred my sister. My sister assumed care of our mother’s tiny 6 lb dog 2 years ago after our mother was killed in a car accident. The dog is an elderly dog, with hair that does require to be trimmed. My sister dropped him off at 10am. Lesley waited until 4:30pm to text my sister and let her know she was only able to bathe the dog, not trim him or cut his nails. (Wait, sorry, she could cut his back nails.) Lesley stated she was unable to complete these basic grooming tasks due to “his biting”. Lesley spoke/texted my sister in an extremely rude manner, I can post screenshots of the texts if needed. Charged her $40, $30 for the half a$$ bath & $10 for “biting and keeping him here all day”, although the dog could’ve been picked up earlier since the groomer could not adequately perform her job. He didn’t have to sit there for 8 hours?Anyway, 0/10 do not recommend. Should’ve listened to the many people who told me to steer clear of this woman & her “business”.

Very efficient service. No waiting ALL day for your pup to be finished with their spa day! Lesley is absolutely wonderful as a person as well as a groomer!

So after I left my initial negative review about being treated poorly by the owners, they decide to enlist the help of others to badger me about leaving a negative review which is my right to do as a paying customer. I have NEVER been treated like this by ANY place of business. Especially a locally owned place. These owners are rude, entitled, and let a little ownership and ego go to their heads so they treat people who aren’t satisfied with them like complete trash. I am going out of my way, yes, to make sure everyone else considering using these people know what they could be getting themselves into. Again, I HAVE A RIGHT TO DO THAT. I have people coming at me stating it’s decimation of character and that I’m going to be sued. Like really? You’re going to threaten me over sharing my experience? People do yourself a favor and bring your pet elsewhere.
