“HUGE shout out to Mr. Carl. That man did a phenomenal job taking care of us the day of the funeral. He is 100% professional and informed. Great job, Carl! Also, the choir was absolute fire. Wonderful job to that talented crew!
Otherwise, GS took pretty good care of us. People-wise they were kind and empathetic. The communication could have been better as we'd never planned a funeral before and had a ton of confusion around the order of things. The funeral program template was a paper and should really be digital to stream line the process. The monitor in the chapel is very small which took away from the slideshow. The window panels in the chapel had duct tape, yikes. The building needs to be renovated like, yesterday.”
