Fultz Physical Therapy and Joint Rehab was formed in 2018. We have long envisioned a practice where the patient is the priority - Customer Service is paramount and Results are critically important. Fultz Physical Therapy and Joint Rehab has two clinic locations to conveniently serve residents of the Shreveport – Bossier City region in Louisiana. We provide thorough Evaluations, Manual Therapy Techniques - including Functional Dry Needling, Therapeutic and Corrective Exercise. Many of the common conditions we treat include back pain & sciatica, joint replacement rehab, shoulder pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, balance & gait disorders, hand & wrist pain, and sports injuries!
