The flower spread and easel we purchased for our granny's funeral was absolutely stunning. The staff did a great job and I would most definitely continue to use them in the future.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and they failed to make the delivery. When I called they blamed it in me saying I ordered them too late (1 week in advance). The person taking my order never explained it correctly and for them to say it’s my fault was just plain unprofessional. Very poor customer service.Edit: I apologize my order was not placed a week in advance but Friday the week before. Also the person taking my order most certainly did not explain this complicated delivery time schedule you have. All I can say is that I’m utterly disappointed.

The florals for my wedding were not what we had agreed upon. I had a very hard time reaching anyone to see why some of the florals weren’t delivered. The owner was very rude and unaccommodating.

So, I came to flower power to get a corsage for girlfriend. It was point blank notice but I was able to get it the very next day. The recommendation for the color(emerald) went absolutely perfect with my girlfriend's dress. She loved it, her family loved it, and she had girls coming up to her all night wanting to see it. Very pleased with my purchase as well as thr customer service!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day and received an email stating they were delivered and they were NOT! I called the number listed for Flower Power and it was directed to a representative that didn’t work at the shop and the only thing she could do was take a message! Most disappointing service and even more embarrassing. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOWER POWER

Amazingly beautiful arrangements, with a large array of different flowers. If I were ordering, I would order from Flower Power Shreveport. The arrangements lasts far longer than any other flowers.
