I was extremely happy with their services for several years, and felt secure in their handling of my tax issues. Then they just completely quit responding to my phone calls and emails in the middle of everything. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them and they’ve left me hanging without resolving my tax problems. Are they even still open? Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I’m pretty sure I still have money in my account for their services, but haven’t received a statement or a return call or email since 2019.

I rate this company 1 star (it wouldn't allow me to rate 0 stars)as I had them file taxes from several years back. They filed the taxes without even asking me about any deductions or write-offs. They couldn't give me a quote at the beginning and had me pay $3000.00 to get started and asked for another $3000.00 two more times to finish filing the taxes so it cost me a whopping 9,000.00. They made no effort to negotiate with the IRS to save me money which I've heard can be done. I had a friend have a CPA do the exact same thing Fix My Tax Mess did for me and it only cost him $1050.00. That's an unbelievable $7,950.00 cheaper. Unless you have plenty of money to throw away, take your taxes elsewhere.
