Ordered fed ex priority overnight, did not expect to have to fetch my packages like a dog. They were even surprised to see that I would sit and wait an entire hour for my package to get back to the dock. "Perishables got killed last delivery due to overnight becoming 2-day" fedex is garbage, why would you make me fetch my packages then tell me thats the policy for people who live in apartments... while killing my fish...... what the fuck is the point of using this service? You are supposed ti get what you pay for!

I'm not sure if the woman just doesn't like me or if she treats everyone the way she treats me. But every time I go to this location to ship a package. I wind up leaving and going somewhere else. So after today I just won't ever be going to this location again. I do NOT recommend this business. She said surgical face mask only, no cloth. And they don't accept cash money, only credit cards. I don't even know what planet I'm living on right now. She just doesn't belong in the customer service business. And I'm going to keep calling FedEx to complain about this. More examples of businesses using COVID as an excuse to treat people like dirt.

Fedex as a hold company are very unprofessional. In getting a package they supposed to make an attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. The service really suck. They actual store store is a joke as well. I wouldn't recommend ups to deliver Covid-19.

They were told to hold my package until further instruction but instead they brought it upon themselves to deliver the package anyway no shape or form did they try to get a hold of the driver and tell him not to deliver it the package was on hold supposed to be delivered Monday when I told him I wanted him to hold it

Absolute crooks. I have a package that still hasn't showed up even though it was marked delivered a week ago. Calling FedEx does no good. I get a differant story every time. I will no longer purchase from any website that uses FedEx as a shipper. The usps is way more efficient.
