I am Latino and they won't let me load money into my Vanilla Direct account. They are racist. They must change workers, they did not attend to me...
Because I was Latino, they did not assist me, I wanted to top up money in my Vanilla Direct account.
Terrible service, they have been doing this to me twice now

This employee Destiny is one of the most joyful, helpful persons everytime I enter the store you welcome you with such a big smile , this store use to be horrible to shop at from the management to the employees, thanks so much for the change of this store..Great Job Destiny !!!

Ms. Anita has the nicest store in Shreveport. I noticed every time I come in she's attentive, personablebin a GODLY way to all of her employees. She's fair and professional each time I observe her. She also stops to help the customers as well. We are so proud of her serving our community. The store is always clean. I see her employees respect her and follow her lead. She helped me today.

This is a very lovely store. The nicest one I've seen by far. The staff is nice and busy working. The store is clean. I even witnessed Ms. Anita the store manager encouraging an employee to give her his best and a to return on her investment. She is an awesome manager.

The appearance/cleanliness of this location has really improved. I'm almost sure that it's because of the new manager. She's friendly everytime I visit the store. Thanks to her for making my shopping experience a pleasant one.

First and foremost, Hats off to the New Manager Ms. Anita. I've been working in this area the last 7 years and I have seen some Challenging things at this particular store. I met Ms. Anita on her 1st day at this location in 2023. Here we are now 2024 and this has become my favorite store to enter. Its clean, Organized, Friendly, and Well-maintained. Its no longer cluttered, nasty or horrific to the eyes. I am Proud to say that Ms. Anita has made this store 1000 times better. Job well Done Ms. Anita. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed by the customers in this area. I commend you for your effort in making this store Greater. You deserve your flowers out Loud.

I ran into the manager (Ms. Anita) today, who was off duty but still greeting, helping and thanking customers for shopping in the store. While it’s evident that she has turned this store around in a very short time; she clearly needs workers like her because the one on duty today (the tall dark one)was rude and unfriendly. Her body language and face says so much. She isn’t welcoming nor customer friendly! Yet somehow she was able to be all smiles and friendly with the other worker called Mimi.

This Family Dollar looks AWESOME. It has done a 360 in appearance and the staff is great. I can tell the changes that have been made and appreciate them as a customer.
