The store needs to better organized and less clutter. I did find what I was looking for so that was a plus. Also, the cashier pretty much acted as if she may have been in a bad mood. She just wasn’t customer friendly at all.

It's a Family Dollar. Cluttered, unorganized and aisles you can't walk through. Cashier/stocker/unloader/security/custodian looked not as run down as usual. The store doesn't smell like weed.

You know what, this store is something else. I have been coming into this store and lately it’s never stocked, prices are incorrect, and no one’s knows anything and why are they selling walgreen products “Nice brand” orange juice and it doesn’t scan at the registers at all!!! I have been asking them when are the prices going to reflect what’s on the shelf? Each manager Kay, (another short one with locs) always says Twyla is supposed to do this and she tells us not to touch it. and that and she is coming to this store but has been at 3 different ones and still haven't been seen and this has been about 1 month or so. This location is ghetto, unprofessional and I’m not surprised they are still open and running because it needs to be shut down, restocked and replaced with people who actually take pride in their job! I was given the district manager number and I will also let them know what’s going on. They aren’t usually open bc they are short staffed but this store is so bad it needs to have someone who’s going to come in and do what needs to be done!!!! And stop shrugging up in your shoulders and learn to verbalize like an adult or “manager” that you are.

Almost Everytime I go in the store the price never rings up what's on the shelf sticker. Management very unprofessional and just lost my business over .40 cents

This family dollar used to be closed a lot months ago but I would say that now, they’re open on a consistent basis according to the hours. It is more organized and is getting better. The person who checks my items out is nice and upbeat.

4:30 pm on a Wednesday doors are closed, but says they are open until 10:00 pm. Needs new management as this has become a regular occurrence. Also maybe consider landscaping and cleaning the parking lot

Is this place even open? I live just down the street. Every time I have tried to go they have a “closed” sign taped to the door. I have gone in the morning after 8, in the afternoons, and in the evening. I think I have maybe been able to go inside once in 2 months.

The manager was late and very rude. They open at 8 and didn’t until waaaaaay after opening time. People were lined up to go in and were blown off. I understand things happen but really?

Terrible, the cashier was very rude. I asked a question, and her response was if you don't like it. I will not be stopping at the one on Youree Drive no time soon. You all need friendly employees and also to keep the store clean and organize.
