Rude ladies, read a sign that read 50% off got to register asked if this the one told me they marked,I said well the whole rake not tagged,asked her to show me, she acted worst sales lady everliked Shreveport Louisiana store #5304 on Barkdale if she would of let me talk could of told hery eyes are bad and could see fine prints and the hold rake was not tagged rude as hell need to learn how to handle customer with respect especially your elders,back in the days me as manager would of sent her home.

Its got cool prices. Is stocked 20% of the time. Quick cheap clothes when you're a week late to the washateria. Decent CIG prices and flip-flops are 1.00 all summer!!!

Youree/Stratmore--Family Dollar--store was pretty clean, young lady greeted me. Found almost everything I needed. I do need medical gloves (size L & XL), maybe they'll get some. Still Covid & sick people, caregivers & family still have to be careful. The dairy, frozen food section is better, more variety, choice.

Had to run in looking for some quick things to grab. It was dirty but overall well stocked and fast to check out. Friendly wouldn't be a way to describe the cashier but I was able to get in and out. So that was my main focus.

Store manager did not open the store on time. Then she stood at the register and watched use stand outside. Ten minutes later she said the store will be open in 20 minutes which would be 30 minutes difference from the time posted.

A little cluttered with clearance stuff and the manager standing in front of the store eyeing everyone (I guess because of shoplifting?) is a bit of a turn off. If you get passed that it's just like any other FD I've been in, which ain't bad.

The manager that was on duty was the rudest person I've ever encountered that works in a customer service environment! She was yelling across the store & very unprofessional. Other customers witnessed how rude she was, a police officer was even there & seemed shocked by her attitude. It was so unnecessary. It's absolutely disturbing to know that Family Dollar would allow someone with that type of attitude to work there, much less become a manager!
