Very rude staff. Was told to leave cause I hadn’t grabbed anything yet. Was only at the store for 10 minutes looking around. Of course I’m not going to buy anything If I’m just going to be rushed. Not like anyone was doing there job in there.smh

Stop to grab a bag of candy and it’s cold in Shreveport so I have on my hood. I was told I could not purchase anything or shop on their store with a hood. Only in the black neighborhood will you find this kind of stupidity.

Here at 2150, says it closes at 2200. Two useless cashiers stared at me from behind the counter and mouthed "we're closed" through the locked door.

The cashiers are nice. I can say that much. I will say the issues with this store are the same with every Family Dollar in every town I've visited.(curiously, dollar tree does not have these issues as much) So, here goes...The items in the shelves do not always ring up at the register as the price marked. I guess the issue is updating prices in the computer system. There are usually stacks of boxes in the aisle waiting to be shelves, which obstruct shoppers from passing. I'll include a recent photo. I actually had to move these boxes just to get to the freezer section. As I said, this is frequent, and not unique to just the Caddo Street location. I shop here because it is close to home. That, and the nice cashiers rate one extra star, so I gave two stars instead of one.
