I cannot tell you loud enough how wonderful our experience was. Literally a 2 hour process from start to finish and 25 minutes of that was test driving our vehicle. Sierra Isgitt was so professional and personable that we LAUGHED during the whole car buying process. When it becomes time for another vehicle, we will be back!

Lo and her colleages did SUCH a good job helping me buy a car! They addressed a few concerns I had about making a large purchase, and financing my car was a breeze.
Lo, you and your coworkers at Enterprise car sales have gone totally above and beyond to make sure that I had a good experience buying this car. You were knowledgeable, professional, and patient, even though I kept you right up until closing time. You had places to go, but you made me feel like the priority.

Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from Enterprise Car Sales in Shreveport. Two of those purchases were made in the last nine months.
We recently went back to purchase another vehicle. The vehicle we were looking at was in another state and needed to be transferred to the Shreveport location. We had our bank send over our loan approval to initiate the vehicle transfer.
Prior to the vehicle arriving in Shreveport we had an issue come up with our bank and I informed our salesman we would get it taken care of. We told him we were still interested in buying the vehicle and that we would be there the next day to test drive the vehicle and finalize the deal.
The next morning, our salesman called and told my wife that they sold the vehicle to someone else who "paid cash" for it as soon as it arrived.
When questioned as to why they sold the vehicle to someone else while we were in the process of buying it, the salesman said the "manager" approved the sale because of our "lack of commitment". Then he tried to get us to buy a different vehicle on their lot.
Lack of commitment???? This would have been our 4th vehicle purchase at that location. I would say that's a pretty good indicator of our "commitment". We have been loyal customers and have recommended them to others over the years.
I will show then my "lack of commitment"! Our family will NEVER buy another car from that location again. We will drive to another city to buy a car before we buy from the Shreveport location!

I went with my mother in law to rent a car .the associate Dylan was one of the most professional salesperson I've had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time.he was courteous, knowledgeable,patient in answering all the questions she had to ask and even got her the best rate on the SUV she ended up driving away .I would definitely recommend again.they stay busy so unfortunately calls weren't the best way to reach them

The salesman Mo Abdullah was awesome. I had financing when I came in so the process was seamless. Mr. Mo answered all of our questions and explained with patience. He never pressured us nor did he harrass us with repetitive phone calls. I am recommending anyone who is looking for a good priced, quality used car to come see Mr. Mo.
