Good choice of machines and free weights. Clean, comfortable facility. Structured planned group workouts in the weekday evenings, for those that need more structure. Short Bible study (devotional) before the group workout.

This is one of the most family oriented gyms I have experienced. The terrys are close friends and family. I recommend this gym for getting prepared mentally, physically and spiritually. They have a great ministry through Elite Fitness. I have known Chris for thirty eight years. I have Experienced, everything around him that life has offered. He is high energy, fun and tough to keep up with. Good luck…he will make you sweat. Lol

Ok place to work out. Some of the members seem to think slamming the weights and machines makes their workout better. Sometimes I feel like I'm being watched for some reason even though I just go there to exercise.

I enjoy working out here. I only have 1 complaint. The leg extension machine has been out for a while now. I really wish it would get fixed but other than that. It’s an awesome facility

The people here are very welcoming and friendly. They give you all of the membership information up front without concealing any hidden fees like many other gyms. The gym is a bit on the small side, but definitely large enough to get a good workout in. So glad I joined here!
