When I arrived she was working the store alone and there were 3 other customers before me with lengthy issues, I was just amazed at her patience and friendliness throughout every encounter. Watching her resolve everyone else’s issue made me wait patiently for my turn. I was there to get my daughter’s replacement phone setup and she took the initiative to explain my bill & how something wasn’t right with me having 4 lines, and sure enough I had been overcharged all this time due to my plans not being setup properly, never was receiving my 4 line discount! “I was in need due to an unforeseen situation that left my phone along with my son’s phone floating,a flood in Shreveport! A certain area called north highlands. Red tape was everywhere until I contacted a manager named Ms Gipson. Top notched customer service and I’m in the business so I know it when I see it. My husband's phone completely quit charging and this is his work phone and it was the 4th of July and we didn't expect such great service on a holiday when most businesses are closed. John made us feel at ease with trading our old phone in,infact we traded both phones in after he explained the benefits and savings to us. He made the transaction smooth and easily explained to us. The overall experience was truly professional and trustworthy . I look forward to doing business again with John. We enjoy our new S26Plus phones and are satisfied with the billing amount. He even gave me a website to enroll my billing through my company I work for to get a discount.
