The worst experience I have ever had to deal with being a customer. I have experienced poor customer service several times!!! not sure is she is a manager or just a cashier but she does not wear a name tag and wears a blue face masks and is extremely rude and confrontational. As I read thru all these reviews it’s seems we are speaking of the same individual. As paying customers we should not be treated the way. It’s very disturbing and this behavior is going to cause a great loss of business for this location .

Called about balloons and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I called and said hey how you’re doing before I asked my question. She just holding the phone and said dollar tree. Like how rude are you. I don’t understand why people like this answer the phones. It’s okay to say I’m fine how can I help you. Sick of rude people. If it’s that bad, quit!

Not sure when they open. Online says 8am it's currently 9am. And I saw someone inside but doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. An updated list of hour or hours on the door world be very helpful

Found what I was looking for but the store was super messy and the cashier was extremely rude when I walked up to the checkout. She was standing at register 2 with her back to register 1 which was the only one open. She also was playing on her phone and had her earbuds in. I motioned and smiled and said, "Ma'am I'm ready." She replied, "I'm waiting on you! Register one." Crappy attitude. Messy store. Won't go back.
