I have called Corporate several times in regard to this store shutting down the card machine sometimes 5 days in a row depending on who is working. There is one lady who works this location maybe twice a week and she turns the credit/debit card machine back on. This is horrible business practices and the Circle K next door had to shut its doors because there was an employee of theirs doing the same business practice. Dollar General I believe this is something you are aware of, but your getting ready to close the doors at this location so your doing this purposefully. If I have called several times advising you this location was not accepting credit/debit cards for a month and it’s still happening then you are the problem and it’s not the employees. I will be going to the Family Dollar from now on as I sat in line again just for the employee to say “Oh we’re only taking cash” Thanks for wasting my time!

It's 5 people in the store well 4 one hanging out behind counter and going in and out of the office not sure if he a boyfriend or what but no one wants to check customers out they making everyone use self check out and it's a line. Pure lazy and Rude.Wednesday 8/30/23

Went in there yesterday around 2 pm, 2 of the employees were in the office being loud and ghetto. Should've been on floor helping customers because no one was on the floor. Ridiculous..

Been going into this location for multiple years. I have never seen such a rude, disrespectful, and uncaring individual in my life. Tonight (04/07/22) around 8:16pm I went into store, never was greeted nor was I even acknowledged. The cashier claimed his name was Mike Allen was talking and cursing on the phone the whole time not paying attention to the customers he was checking out had a headset in his ear cursing at whomever he was speaking with. Very unprofessional and very rude. I am a General Manager for a huge company and situations such as these are meant to be delt with. I would love a response back and I would love to have a Distict or even a Regional Manager reach out to me. I am up hauled about this experience and it's not the first time at this location.

It was a great experience Mrs sue knows her stuff.the only thing I didn't like was I was speaking with Mrs sue and the manager of the store whisper in her ear I felt very uncomfortable.other than that it was a great experience
