unbelievable, the employees are lazy, slow and have no desire to serve anyone. the speaker system doesn't work and the employees won say the next number loud enough for anyone to hear. the boards showing the next number don't work. probably about par for the state of Louisiana and the people it employs.

There are no words on how slow services are here. Allegedly, they've implemented new plans on how to expedite services. Been here 3 times for my mom and self..Nothing has changed..trust..

The lady that helped me obviously doesn't know what she is doing. I go there every year to do my things for my trucking business. It was my 1st time dealing with her. It wS a real hassle. Now I got to make another appt when usually I get it handed all at 1 time. I hope I never have to deal with her again. She doesn't know what she is doing.

I have been trying to get in contact with these people for over 3 weeks. In order to get my ID, I recently moved to Louisiana about 2 months ago and I am a new resident here and I'm trying to get employment, but I can't because I currently don't have my ID. These people have no customer service skills whatsoever. I called last week (again) and a woman picked up the phone she didn't state who she was didn't even let me get a word out, just put me on hold for over 30 minutes and I haven't had a chance to actually talk to somebody to schedule an appointment for my I.D by far the worse DMV. Get it together.

People were nice. I went to get 2 flags removed and was ready to pay the fine. I sat for almost 3 hours when they called my name. When I got to the station to pay the fines the lady told me they do not remove flags or take payment. That was a bummer. A fix to this is to simply put on Shreveport OMV website a post telling us not to come to OMV for flags. I went to a place less than a minute from OMV and was done in 10 minutes. So just put this information on the website. A good idea.

2.5 hrs waiting. 1 of 21 windows open. I will say the one lady working the window was going as fast as she could and the receptionist was very nice. The city of Shreveport should be ashamed for the lack of support for their DMV.

If you don't have an appointment it will take over 4 hours to get waited on, just terrible service. They really rather you go on line to get D.M.V. help. Everyone doesn't want to go ON-LINE. I hate this new world.
