I am commenting OUTSIDE of what the discount tire franchise mandates. Made an appointment, came in, line out the door but my truck was in the bay under an hour. Every employee I observed was clean, spoke well, professional, and precise. I can tell someone in the leadership was military. The manager was working just as hard as his employees. The professionalism of this team is superior for shreveport standards. The facility was good and clean. Didn't seem like a nasty old tire shop.

I highly recommend Discount Tire on Viking Dr. I purchased 4 new tires at a great price. The technician was helpful and knowledgeable. I was amazed at how quickly they had my car ready. I’ll definitely continue to use them in the future.

I purchased 4 tires on line made appointment.
Arrived at the Discount Tire Store in Shreveport LA was greeted by very professional and knowledgeable staff was in and out within 30 minutes. THIS STORE ROCKS they work as a team and I won't ever buy my tires anywhere else. I would be a proud store owner if this was my store. Excellent Customer Service.

Came in Tuesday July 29 spoke with Vincent. Ordered tires and scheduled appointment for Saturday August 3rd at 8:00 am. Showed up at 7:30 am. Checked in at 8am. They just started on my truck at 9:27 am. They had all bays open at 8 am. What is the use of scheduling an appointment if they don’t follow them. This is not too good of an example of Customer Service. People have come in after me and have been taken care of and already left. Figured they would provided better service to someone who is spending just under $2000.00 than fixing flats

I knew I would need tires soon and I ran into the nicest young salesman Byron at my gym. Turns out he works for discount tire! He facilitated the replacement of my tires like a pro. Also, mega props to Sidney! He followed up with me on where the progress on car was at all the way up until completion. 2 top notch professionals. This is why I use discount tire. I expect the same outstanding service at all their locations and they deliver!

good service! I liked my wheels. but they left the tire light on on my dashboard, I thought it was going to come off, but I came back days later for someone to help me with it, and they checked me and the guy was in a hurry and said that it was ready and it would take hours to get it off. that trablet light! Until today I'm waiting for the light to stay on on my dashboard! I'm thinking they damaged a sensor in one of the tires!

Horrible service! Bought 4 new tires and less than 3k miles front tires showing thread SMH. I did not have this issue with my previous tires!
Didn't replace them, no discount nothing!
The new front tires look worse than the ones I replaced that had over 20k miles on them!
Now I still owe on my credit card for useless tires And had to go to another shop to get new front tires again ? And what a waste of my hard earned money
