Back on 2/6/2024 took my child car in for an oil change wasn't having any issues with the car, after having the oil change 2 days later the oil was leaking, I called to speak with a manger the manger wasn't in, the person that answered the phone was very disrespectful on the phone and also when my child took the car back up there today 2/14/2024, my son told him I needed to speak with him before they do anything to the car he started cussing child out telling we trying to scam them which is not true. I have been using this place for the last five years getting an oil change for my truck I've never encountered any problems with any of the workers I even tip them. If asking for the manager or the owner is a problem then you need to find yourself another job. I was only trying to get the issue in hand solved not to be treated poorly as a customer I didn't deserve to be disrespected and nor did my child.

I went to this place to have my differential checked. After speaking with someone on the phone who said they provided this service, I went. Only one bay was operating so I got in line. Once I reached the service area and spoke with the manager (I assumed, he was the only older person giving orders. The other guys were younger) he had one of the guys to check. Said my differential was leaking but they couldn’t fix it ?. But we can top it off for $25. What a waste of time. Before you go find if they only change oil or top off fluids.

I took my Infiniti for an oil change on my off day. I work the hours that they are open, so I usually call ahead for an appointment. I admit I was a bit distracted by a phone call. They were done in less than 5 mins. The next day, my oil and filter light was on again. I have been calling Discount Lube since that time, but there has been no answer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.
