Tried to return clothing items that were 3 days past 30 days! Would not refund even with a receipt! He was rude and could care less. His name is Scott! Be careful shopping clothing and shoes! ! The Chanel department is awesome and the manager Tonya knows her products and is so nice and professional!! Love her!!❤️??
