Randy was very knowledgeable and helped me with some new shoes. I asked him what the best model was, he asked what my needs were then recommended a shoe. I didn't believe him at first and did research in store, just to find out the shoe he recommended was indeed the right one! Trust in the man Randy he helped a lot and had a great attitude

I called ahead and asked him if they had a bike drove 1hr and then they don't have to bike and they don't carry it and it's not available.

Curbside order was ready in under an hour. Waited maybe 2 minutes and my order was brought out. Super friendly, prompt customer service!

I only use this place for one thing: I go in and find what I want and then I go and order it from somewhere else. When you politicize your organization you must be prepared to isolate and distance fifty percent of your customer base. I’m in the fifty percent that buys somewhere else.?

I went into Dick’s Sporting Goods this morning to look for a pair of good running shoes. The store was very quiet and not a lot of traffic because it was still early in the morning. Janiya in the shoe department was absolutely perfect and help me select the proper shoes. She was patient enough with me to let me try on for five different brands of shoes before I found the ones I like. I went to go check out and the nice lady at the checkout greeted me with a huge smile and good morning, and after I paid, I asked her where the manager was so I can talk to him. His name is Simon and I told him what a wonderful job that his employees are doing customer service because in these days you don’t find customer service like you can get at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
