Ordered a pair of shoes coming from Italy via DHL express, the WHOLE process was smooth coming overseas and it was scheduled to be delivered today until this stupid location decided to put it on hold after it arrived at their facility this morning when it should be sent out for delivery. And it’s an express too. So I guess anything could be delayed here!

Honestly I don't know why they have such a low rating/review. I get packages delivered internationally once every month or so, and they DHL is always on top of it, and never had my packages get delayed from this location. The staff calls or texts when signature is required and when it will be delivered.

DHL offers a variety of services and they ship nationwide. Their employees exemplify great customer service and they also have speedy service! I would most definitely recommend DHL over their competitors.

I must say every time I need sending services I always have a pleasant time with the staff here. Especially Dominque she is so friendly and helpful. I mean any questions I may have she is patient with me and walks me through every little step to ensure my package or packages will be well handled and taken care of. Thank you again.

After reading some of the comments on here, I feel I must leave my review of DHL in Shreveport and Also DHL as a whole.
As I sit here in the parking lot of the DHL location in Shreveport, I have to say that my experience is well above pleasant and out ranks dealing with UPS and FedEx by far. There is NO comparison. I was notified that my package was on hold since yesterday at 2pm and was supposed to deliver to my home in Kilgore, TX today (60 miles away)
Not only was I able to talk to a human at the DHL main contact number, they were extremely professional and empathetic and even called me back with an update and gave me the option to pick up my package from the DHL facility in Shreveport.
So here I am, at their facility, I got my package, and the two people that I dealt with here were excellent in professionalism, demeanor, and that was refreshing.
Try that at ANY UPS and FedEx location, let alone speak to a human when you call in.
Thanks DHL. A big thumbs up from me.
