This is by far the worst CVS I’ve ever gone to. The ONLY reason I keep using them is because they’re the only pharmacy near my house that accepts my insurance. They are super slow, and I often wait in line in the drive thru and inside the store for over 20 minutes just to get to the cashier.
My husband had a small surgery and needed his pain meds filled and his doctor told him they would send it as an urgent prescription. Well it still isn’t filled and you can’t even call them to see what’s going on because their phone system doesn’t allow you to speak to them, only leave them a voicemail.

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single prescription I have had put to this pharmacy take almost 2x longer than the expected done by time.

I waited in line over 20 minutes with (2)associates trying to fix the cash register and not one of them; stated just one moment ma’am we will be right with you.
This is real sad customer service and I will not come back to this location(Pines Road).
The Airline and Haughton location has associates, that knows how to show, customer service & the willingness to assist their customers.

Whenever I’m in public/shopping with my adult Autistic son, I’m a little on edge… When I ran into some trouble at self checkout, the Associate stepped right up and helped us.

CVS at sheveport, Louisiana was a very disappointing experience. Store was dirty and the team members were very rude. I was very sick on a vacation trip to that area and had hoped the experience would be same good ones I receive back home in Silver Spring Maryland.
