CVS at sheveport, Louisiana was a very disappointing experience. Store was dirty and the team members were very rude. I was very sick on a vacation trip to that area and had hoped the experience would be same good ones I receive back home in Silver Spring Maryland.

I just want to say how awesome Desiree is at this location!!!!! She has gone above and beyond every time I have dealt with her. When I call I specifically ask for her by name, as I have NOT had a good experience with anyone else that I have dealt with and it is always super frustrating. Desiree is super great to deal with and professional EVERY TIME! As someone who has 25 years experience in Retail and upper level management, I know good quality customer service, and this girl needs a raise! She is definitely an asset to the team and is an employee that you want to retain and to represent your company! CVS is you are reading this, she definitely needs recognition. I have had probably no less than 7 interactions with her in last few months, and I have received the same exceptional service every time! Thank you again, Desiree and I look forward to our next transaction! You are a breath of fresh air.

They are rude and very unprofessional. I went by with a client prescription and was told the medication was on back order. I totally get it. I was given the prescription back because they " couldn't keep it." I called 4 days later and was told " I am not sure who you spoke with and why they gave the prescription back but bring it back and we will put it in pending with everyone else." The whole time am explaining the situation the man on the other end " huh me" as if he's annoyed. Apparently,he is the pharmacist. Yeah...I go here for my client and they never tell the truth nor do they care. To both people " Bless your hearts."

My grandmother just had surgery and got an infection, with her doctor sending the medication to the wrong CVS. I called this one to make sure her script was there and the woman who answered said it wasn't, but she could call the other CVS and have it transferred and filled within 30 minutes. I show up 45 minutes later and am told it's still being filled at the other place. She never called to have it transferred and I'd have to wait around for another hour. Incompetency and lying aren't traits you want in anyone, let alone those in healthcare. What a disgrace.
