The staff are rude and don’t acknowledge you when you stand at the counter for seems like a lengthy period of time. I am extremely disappointed with the service from this pharmacy. The store side of this CVS is awesome. The employees are always helpful and friendly. When they see you come in they always greet you.
I’ve switched to Walgreens.

Recent surgery has required several prescriptions and renewals all have been accomplished in minimal time with drug information attached that was helpful - the pharmacist is always busy but readily addresses new customers very courteous and answers questions with out seemingly being rushed good dependable service from all staff

This CVS location is the BEST!! Every employee is always so kind and helpful! The store is always clean and everything is in its place every time I visit!
The pharmacy staff work so hard and are so helpful and efficient !

CVS at Norris Ferry always offers a pleasant shopping experience. The pharmacy staff are helpful and friendly. The retail store, while not heavily staffed, does provide easy checkout and the staff are quick to respond when help is needed.

U know it's sad I walk 7miles to get my medicine to only find out I got to come back 3 times because u want give me my whoke prescription in what world do we do this or say r meds will be ready n then not be for us to have to withdraw because u want fill them correctly I told yall yesterday I was going out of town Friday so u do a partial refill n give me 4 pills n I'll be put of town for 3 weeks in what world is this ok or does it make since it don't but when we get upset about it then u play with r prescription more I had to go to er last mo th because of this n I was out of my medicine for 2 days which some of us can't be without but yall don't care at all u think we r casing pills when the medicine I get helps me smh make it make since I understand if I was abusing my meds

Pharmacy is your new doctor while government determines the medication you will receive so no matter what your board certified MD prescribed pharmacist are doing whatever they want CVS has about the most unfriendly hate to be bothered bunch I have seen no relation just judgemental and shame on them what happened to thr friendly personable pharmacist? those days are long gone hope you all don't find yourself needing my kinds of services one day and unfortunately most of u will karma!!!
