My experience was a great one. They even offered to look for a coupon to help with the price of the prescription. Extremely helpful, great service, short wait. Pleasant and professional. Great atmosphere.

Have tried repeatedly to get a simple rx filled. Pharmacy blames doctor then doctor blames pharmacy! Three weeks now and no satisfaction! No care for customer and appears to be laziness on part of store and staff.

Staff could care less if I was needing scripts filled soon because mother was in car just out of surgery. We had to fill in state before heading home. Tech said he didn’t care and would still be a 5 hour wait bc they were busy.

The absolute worst pharmacy in Shreveport. I stood first in line with 3 techs and the pharmacist staring at me. Finally the line grew to 6 people and the pharmacist had to instruct the techs to assist the front desk. Moeed finally stopped staring at me and came to assist after 10 mins. There was no one waiting in the drive through line either. Absolutely terrible pharmacy.

I pulled up to the outer drive through line where I was first. I waited for over 15 min when the car closest to the window drove off. They started helping the next person that pulled in instead of me!! I pushed the “call” 4-5 times before someone responded to tell me they weren’t using that lane. There was no sign to tell me this! Then when I went inside I had to wait in line for drop off again and then they told me they didn’t not have the medicine I needed for my daughter. I went to 4 other pharmacies before getting a new script. I returned to the same pharmacy where I was ignored by the 4 workers behind the counter until I asked if anyone was working. They said yes and didn’t see me. Would help in a few min. They have been chatting and laughing. Poorly run Pharmacy!

SLOWEST PHARMACY IN SHREVEPORT/BOSSIERIf you sick and need your medicine ASAP, you'll probably end up feeling better as the virus/bacteria will resolve faster than you will get your medicine.

Very rude and disrespectful pharmacy tech. Reported to store mgr and corporate. I feel bad for the elderly having to deal with such hatefulness and unprofessional workers. Moving all my scripts.

I wouldn’t recommend for prescriptions. Called in at 11AM, said it’d be ready at 3. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes before he said it wasn’t ready. Wanted to know if I could come in and wait. Once there, I waited another 15 minutes. I remember when they offered one hour prescriptions. Now it’s over 5 hours!!!

The staff in the pharmacy is horribly rude! I have been on hold collectively for over three hours today, when I finally used the physician line the picked up immediately then when i tried to tell her I had been on hold for 90 minutes on the other line she hung up on me!!!!! I have a problem with a script, I am trying to leave town for the holiday and am trying to do this from my office. This store is always a mess and staff is the most unhelpful group of people I have ever encountered in my life. This is my preferred pharmacy through my work insurance but I will gladly pay higher prices to use ANYONE else from now on! I would give them ZERO stars if it were possible.

Went through pharmacy drive through. Car in front of me drove off. I finally drove off and went inside. No one working front counter. Never saw anyone. Walked out.

I came in with a specifically shaped picture frame that wouldn't fit a standard 4x6. So I asked them if they could help me out. First of all, the non-self service photo area was cluttered with 6 foot high stacks of boxes making it impossible to actually use it. Second, after asking them for this, they spent several minutes chatting before telling me to just print out a 4x6 and then cutting it with scissors at home. My standards aren't high, but I came here hoping to get some service and this was less than the bare minimum.

I've been overcharged at the pharmacy a total of three times at the drive through and end up having to go into the store. The last time I spent almost an entire hour trying to fix their screw up. Clerks and managers at this store are rude or apathetic and if you complain to corporate in a survey they do not get any better. Filing a complaint is a last resort me. I'd hoped that their service would improve but my last yesterday proved that cannot or will not. I'm transferring my prescriptions to another location which is farther away for me to go but less of a hassle and joy killer.

Terrible experience. If the lead pharmacist, Joseph, is not in then leave. The staff in the pharmacy is rude and not helpful. Some of the laziest people with ttitudes I have ever dealt with. Try Kroger or the CVS on Norris Ferry. Hopefully their service will be better. This is my last time using this location. Continue to get emails and texts from here about rx's. No one can ever figure anything out here. Worst experience! CVS should close this location as the management is awful! DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Don't be fooled by his sign after 10 minutes they tell you the second lane doesn't work. Just get in line for the window.
