This is the worst pharmacy ever the pharmacist told me I had to wait for my daughter medicine and it was ready because she was working on something else. What that got to do with her getting my prescription if it is ready this is sad people always have to wait to get there medicine they should have it ready before a person come to the pharmacy to get it I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone you will be waiting

I went to the pharmacy and one particular person that helped me (I don't know her name) was not friendly, at all. I don't understand how you work at customer facing facilities and your attitude is not right. I'm not going to bash her, but I will pray for her. Regardless of what is going on, customers do not deserve to not be greeted with unkindness.

Horrible!! Take forever to fill prescription. My Dr. Called in new prescription on a Friday so I waited to Saturday to pick it up, of course it wasn't ready, this was around 12 afternoon. Was told to come back at 5 told them I probably won't be able to. Well come by Monday cause we're closed on Sundays now. Went there Monday, the whole store is closed. ??? Tuesday I called to see if they were opened after ten mins of waiting for someone to answer in the pharmacy I called again but this time front of store. Lady answers, I'm telling here I was calling to see if they were open cause yesterday y'all was closed and I'm trying to get my meds, all she said was have a good day and hung up. No, I'm sorry wer were closed but yes we're opened today. No compassion, or sympathy just rude for no reason. Thank God I had a few of my old meds left.

Appointments are useless. Why make appointments if you just wait on whomever? Do you not realize that people who make appointments have other things going on and need to be punctual? That's why we make an appointment. Why not make the people who don't have an appointment wait longer? Wild idea right. Very unprofessional and rude.

Then I was told to come back after 3, then they said it would be ready in the morning, then the woman said after 2. Now I've been waiting in line for 30min and on the phone for an hour just to check and see if my stuff is ready. These people are slow and their attitudes are the worst.

I got my first vaccine dose here and things went fine. It was time for my second and I got an email that my appointment was canceled. I called and explained my confusion only to have the person I spoke to say they don't know why and that they are out of the vaccine. Which was strange because my friend was able to walk in for her vaccine that same day at a later time. The same type as mine. I did go to pines road cvs for my second dose and the staff was confused on why they told me they were out of vaccines because it was not true which I let them know I was aware because my friend came as a walk in and was serviced with the exact vaccine they said they were out of. I'm not sure why someone would not want to service me but I will definitely not be servicing that location.

They have some really hard working women working at this location. For the most part they are friendly and professional. One older lady there should leave the filed she has a nasty attitude and has no professionalism. She knows who she is. Needed information from the Pharmacist he was excellent very knowledgeable and professional.

Been going there for yrs...the ladies in the pharmacy are very professional...there is one lady that works in the front who is also professional, I've never had any problems with the Hollywood CVS Pharmacy...Always get my meds on time and info of other things to try. A+ place to me...

Very unprofessional and some of the tech's have the nastiest attitudes and they'll hold your script for an entire week and still not fill it. They're very rude as well talking about customers in front of customers and ignore the drive thru.

I went through the drive thru pharmacy on march 31, 2017. I went to pick up a prescription for my baby and I. We both had the flu! One of the workers told me that without insurance, she can't give us our prescription. I told her that, "I have insurance, but I left the insurance cards at home and right now, it didn't matter because I just need the medicine for me and my baby." She states, "so you're able to pay for that"? (Stereotyping me I'm assuming). I told her that, "I am going to pay! We are sick and will deal with the insurance stuff later. I'm just worried about getting me and my child well." She then tell me to come inside. At this point, I'm like why, because this is the whole point of the drive thru. And my child and I are really sick and I don't wanna bring her inside like that. So then she saids, "well can you park in the parking lot and we are going to text you". The store closed at 8. I was in the drive thru at 7:30. I pulled around to the parking lot at around 7:38. So 7:53 came around and still no text. So I had to grab my baby and bring her inside. I walked in asking was there an issue? Why haven't I received a text yet. No one explained that to me. They were basically going to wait til 8. So then I ask for our prescriptions. Another employee states, "is that for Johnson?" "Is she going to pay for that?" And a guy who was in there as well, who is an employee was like, "that's to much. I'll understand if you bring it back when you get your prescription card" anyways this was the worst customer services EVER! I never want to go this pharmacy again. They stereotyped me and didn't even know me. They had me to come inside with a sick child and wanted to discuss with me about my insurance and money instead of me telling them that all I want to do is pay for it out of my pocket and get me and my child home to start our meds. Never again! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! If you choose to work somewhere please smile, be nice, and treat them like you would want to be treated.
