I took the bus across town to buy a Cricket SIM card. I got there at 1:33 pm and to my disappointment, the store was CLOSED. No sign, no nothing.

I don’t appreciate the woman lying about the cost to add a line on & then adding phone protection that was never asked for by us or asked by her. She only said 10 for the sim & then prorated for new line. Nothing else. Even tried selling a phone I never asked for, told her just ordered one off line from cricket. You’d think she’d ask about protection on it but instead added it herself but you’d figured I’d added it to the order when I ordered it offline. Bad business. Will never return & still waiting for brandon to call or txt back but never has. Trash service & sketchy customer service.
