I have no problem with the cellular service but I advise you to go to a different location because there completely unprofessional at this store from then yelling, arguing anddegrading each other in front of customers to just not greeting when people walk in to the store and instead of calming down customers when they have a problem she just argued with them this is not how a company should allow there employees to act like in front of or to customers. That is the last time I will ever step foot in that store again

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The "manager", Shereka, is an absolute nightmare. Shereka smokes and sleeps in her car on the clock, and when she does come in, she adds insurance and other optional services to folks bills without informing them, then quotes them a lower price to trick them into thinking they're getting a deal. She treats the employees there terribly. Their employees are constantly micromanaged to an extreme level, and are constantly being belittled by her, and being written up for infractions on her made up rules that aren't company policy. If Cricket ever gets rid of this toxic POS, they might have a chance to turn this store around, but until they do, I'd recommend to everyone not to touch this place unless you like surprise bills and toxic attitudes. Cricket, please look into and fire this woman, she brings the entire store down and is the reason it's suffering.

No He wanted to sell me a phone because I had a Mexican ID, I told him that I was a Cricket customer but he still didn't want to assist me. Really, very bad service for a Hispanic, it no longer made me want to return to that place and I hope they fix it, thank you

Went in to the Mansfield Rd location and only one person was there working which was fine bc there wasn't any other customers in the store. The salesperson wasn't friendly or helpful. He seemed as if I was interrupting him and he didn't want to be bothered. I was planning to switch from another carrier but bc of his lack of explanation I decided to just leave. I may try a different location but I was very displeased with the customer service at this location.

Very rude customer service employees talk very rude in general seemed that every question i had i got the answer of " we cant do that " ...... Ive been with crickect for over 2yrs and this is a very big disappointment for me i can say i will not recommend in going to this store by any mean go to another store if possible
