“I don’t know where to begin! I’ve banked with Barksdale for many years. I’ve had $0 and I have had more than enough. Everytime I’ve had any problems, people are quick to fix them. But I went into the branch on Youree Dr in Shreveport on 1/25/2024 to close on a small loan. Much to my surprise, I see Beverly Johnson, who is the branch manager and she and I started out in banking many years ago!It was good to see her! I then got introduced to Kaitlyn. And this young lady was a breath of fresh air! She is an ANGEL here on earth. She listened to me about things that didn’t pertain to the reason I was there and we got to talkin, well, I did anyways, and she listened. She responded with such poise and maturity. She doesn’t look like she’s over 18 but let me tell you, she had the soul of someone many years older than her!
