This is by far the best company I have ever worked for! The way that they have the operations and systems in place helps to really manage people and not the operations! They know that it is the people that make this company great not the other way around! They elevate people to be the best possible version of themselves so that in turn can create the best possible work environment! They have the best training and coaching, I believe, in the area when it comes to their agents and they are always improving on systems through accountability which helps to build a solid foundation for their agents. They are always wanting to create new growth and revenue streams for their agents and truly give them the tools to do it! I know for me, they have given me back my passion driven life!
They are building something great and to be a part of it and to see how it is all done through an EOS system is nothing short of awe-inspiring! I can't say enough about how good they are! So if you want to be with a company that will you lift you, make you feel worthy, and give you a passion-driven career every day, don't hesitate to apply!

I usually don’t do this, but this situation was honestly wild and unprofessional. After paying app fees and going through the motions I was approved for this house. Not two days later I was informed the house was sold and I could no longer move in. About a week before this I mentioned to the agent that there was a for sale sign in the yard and asked specifically if it was on the market to be sold. I was told “the owner is just trying to help with the rental”. So it’s either bad communication or a lie. Take this as you will, but use caution when applying for something here.

Worse company ever. I have rented under them three years, never had issues until recently. Dealing with both Brittany Cory, & Adrian has been a nightmare. Today, I called to follow up on a work order from December, 2022. I was informed by Adrian, he will not provide a date of when they will send someone out, and we have other orders that are top priority. Meanwhile, I can't access my garage, the foundation in the house is cracking, the garage door coming inside is separated from the panel leaving a big gap, where all the heat/or cool weather comes in. Adrian, went on to say to me today, "I heard your loan fell through on the house congratulations. Your lender told me." Breech of confidentiality. I have been discrimated against, ans treated like garbage from both above. Three years no complaints, have kept the house in better shape than it was when we moved in, hadn't been a problem at all. But somehow, because of being late on rent they feel they have a green card to dimish, and degrade you as a individual. I will NEVER do business with this company again. They talk about you to their colleagues, you can forget calling in having a normal conversation with any of the others in the office you will be treated the same. I can't help covid dealt us a hand, causing one income in the home. The fact we've never had an eviction, but always pay the rent is nothing to them. This situation has stressed me out, to the point if anything happened while leasing here, I do not feel comfortable communicating with anyone in the office. I send a text no response, yet I was told by Adrian, why not send a text? I am literally sick after my conversation with him today. Disgusting, humans are able to treat others in this manner.

I'm only giving them 3 stars as of now. I may update that at a later date. My home has been listed with them for a month, and they have yet to upload any pictures. I have received a couple of offers, the second offer was a good offer and I countered. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard anything else about it. To me ,the seller should be kept up to date regardless. I'm not going to post the realtors' name because he was highly recommended. I really hope my experience changes
