I purchased a Xbox series s that was $189.00 ended up paying $206 on November 6th 2023 I've only had it 3 months I also have a witness who was there with me. We walked there because I live up the street it's not a long walk. A young man sold it to me. It was rapped in thick plastic so I really couldn't examine the products exterior but first glance it looked fine but worn or old looking. I walked home didn't think much of it. It was in a cash America bag so it was impossible to drop the item. My witness carried it from cash America to the house just fine. We unwrap it not thinking to examine the item front and back but it did look pretty worn like the person who had it had it for years it still looks like that. Mind yall I only had it for 3 months sitting. Placed the item on my dresser behind my TV. The dresser is pushed up to the wall so nobody can walk over and knock the game down so it's literally been sitting in that spot since November 6th 2023. A person would have to push it off my dresser on purpose for it to drop. So I decided today to take it back and sale it back because I didn't want it anymore I want to get me a Xbox series x so I figured nothing was wrong with it I might as well get a little cash back from buying it from them 3 months ago. The manager proceeded to say they couldn't accept it because it looked like it had been dropped. At that point I looked at her and said well if that's the case then the product was damaged when I bought it from yall. They pulled my receipt up to see if it had the description of the product but they didn't put the things that was wrong with it in the description. But I have a witness that was with me when I bought it and walked with me all the way home with it been in the same spot for the whole 3 months who knows we never dropped the game or knocked it off of the dresser. When I looked at the bottom of the game today was my first time looking at the bottom of the game and the bottom of the game looks worn with scratches looks like it was dropped the foam stands at the bottom that are also on the side aren't even on the bottom they been ripped off. The cracked part even looks old like it was done a while ago and not 3 months ago. If I would have checked it I wouldn't have bought it but I know they knew it was cracked or dropped when they got it because of how thick the plastic was on the game as if to cover the bottom. It was also the only Xbox that was $189 cheaper then all the other Xbox series s they had. Thought I was getting a deal but I ended up getting a very damaged product and know I'm being blamed for the damage. I have called corporate and Will never buy anything else from them unless I can examine it.

If I could give this store +(location 1115 West 70 St.) manager and staff, a -100 I would.I purchased a TV,and a 30 day warranty .Black lines in the TV, took back,I was told that my friend who took the set out of the truck did it.Everything I was told by the manager and Assistant manager was contradicted by what really happened.They were very unprofessional .Will be speaking with Corporate Office ASAP.Paid $298..68 with tax and 30 day warranty .Beware ????I have tried talking to Management,no conversation, or disposition has been made.I will proceed to the next step.

Manager and staff were very unprofessional,wouldn't honor my 30 day warranty after 3 days.The reason I was given was just plain wrong.I spent $298.86 for a Tv(tax ,warranty and TV itself). Talking to the Manager and Assistant Manager was a nightmare. Every thing was unprofessional, finally I asked for number to Corporate office will contact ASAP.I was a repeat user of this store, I purchased 2 more TVs.I will not return.BEWARE!
