“This is a great drive in car wash. I only have two issues, not major, but just a couple suggestions or observations. This car wash does not clean the tail gate of my truck near as good as it cleans the front and sides. Also, certain Xpress car washes I’ve been to have a device at the end of the wash that will bump your side mirrors back into place. The whirling cleaners will push your side mirrors out so I have to get out my vehicle and straighten them back up. All in all, I happily pay my monthly fee for a quick, adequate car wash.”

“So this was a random, stop. I rec'd a 20 dollar, app credit for a 1 time wash. It was excellent. Attending staff, were ready and available to assist in ramp loading for the wash. The vacuums worked great, with two options. One bear brush to clean carpet mats, and a pencil attachment for small places. The parking lot was clean. And everyone was smiling. Fast, friendly, and proficient. O and my tires actually were shining when I left the lot?”

“The service was excellent. I needed my tire checked, as I suspected I had a leak somewhere. I got it change and had my donut on my car. I work from 7am to 7pm and was unable to make it to a tire shop on time. I googled and found these guys. Their service was excellent!! They came to my work, got my tire, took it to their shop, repaired it and brought it back to me and placed it on my car!! I was very pleased with their service....and to top it off, they were very reasonable with the charges. Thank you guys....I highly recommend their service.”

“Went today. Couldn't get my barcode on my phone to scan. Something was wrong with that particular machine. Worker came out, without me having to get out or beckon for anyone. We went to the next machine and all was well. After vacuuming, different worker saw me at the product machine with money in my hand. They had tape over the insert coins, due to someone putting something in there. He came to ask what I needed. Didn't beckon for him either. Great customer service.Services: Auto detailing”

They do a good job if you're in a line they do their best to get started wasting the truck.A truck in the wash bay,an they pull you in behind an start on your truck. “Best self-service car wash in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Most car washes in the local area are automatics with brushes or actual detailing shops. Love having the opportunity to do it first-hand. Really would like to have more time for $2 worth of quarters. Seems like one good time around is it?. But it’s not too many options for a well kept wash place around town.”

“No line... No other customers there. I pulled up and was greeted by a person at the credit card reader... Spend $22 after tax. Drove through it and my vehicle had a fresh wash. After paying for it I was given a code for a free wash within the next few days. I will absolutely be using the code and this location again. It's 100+ degrees out for almost a week now. I am definitely not doing to be washing my vehicle any other way until that changes.”
