“Really good customer service. I have had nothing but positive interactions with employees three times where they engaged me. Once i had a custom reciever hitch cover come off during a cycle and they brought it out to me. Another time i was approached and thanked for my patronage while vacuuming my truck and the third was two months after replacing the same custom reciever hitch cover, an employee made it a point to come out and give me my old cover and tell me that he had been waiting to see me. Two months! Outstanding!”

“I frequent this car wash and oil service often. I have always had a great experience! Today was absolutely amazing! From the minute I got out of my car in the oil change bay, 3 very nice gentleman with smiles on their faces, greeted me kindly. As I approached the door to go inside the building, 2 nice gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me. Inside, the lovely lady running the register greeted me and apologized for their construction and showed me the way for seating. When my oil change was complete, the nice gentleman took my receipt for a car wash ahead of time so that the gate would be open when I pulled around. Every single employee that I came in contact with were very pleasant! It definitely makes your day a little brighter when you see people happy to be at work without an attitude! I will definitely be back!”
“My favorite carwash in town. My son has special needs and loves to go through the carwash for calming. All the employees are always so kind to us and especially my son. The employees always take great care of us. Jason and Christian always make sure we are well taken care of!! Would highly recommend if you what a shining car along with wonderful customer service!!”
“I just got into Shreveport from a highway road trip with my car looking dusty and the front of my grill covered in bugs. Looking for a hand car wash place, Google led me to Superior. It may not look like much from the road, but I was thoroughly impressed, and with my high standards, that's saying a lot.
Though the gentleman didn't greet me with a smile, what he lacked in friendliness, he more than made up for in his attention to detail. Not a dust particle or bug wing was left on my car after he washed it. My windows were wiped clean until they sparkled. But can I mention my wheels??!! This man sat on a bucket and individually washed and wiped between every spoke. My blue calipers were blueing!! I'm always complaining about the half asz job detailers do on my wheels - this man left no crumbs. Very affordable for such an impeccable job. My only complaint is that I don't live here to make Superior Hand Washing my permanent detailer.”
“I’ve been going to this place for 20+ years and I just went back after moving out of town. I got the basic wash and it was a phenomenal experience yet again. My SUV hasn’t looked this good in years. The interior is impeccable and they get out all the dog hair in my black carpets. I was seriously impressed. They have such attention to detail with your dash and windows for just a simple basic wash. Def worth the affordable price. 11/10 recommend.”

“I went to Mr.Stan around 11:30am to get the inside of my car cleaned. Soon as i pulled up he greeted me and told me how much it was gone be. About 2 hours later my car was finished an i was very happy of the outcome. My carpet and mats was spotless as well as my seats. Very happy with everything an will be back.Service: Auto detailing”

“Best self-service car wash in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Most car washes in the local area are automatics with brushes or actual detailing shops. Love having the opportunity to do it first-hand. Really would like to have more time for $2 worth of quarters. Seems like one good time around is it?. But it’s not too many options for a well kept wash place around town.”

I visited the car wash one evening this week and when the guy told me the system was down, I was momentarily bummed because my car really needed a wash. I even offered to pay with cash but he told me it was on the house. WOW!! Thanks for the great service.”
