“I went with a friend of mine to the collision Center so they could look at the hail damage on her car. We were waited on right away, and after they inspected the car, we were on our way. I would definitely use the collision Center for myself if the need strides. They all did a really good job!!!”

“The inside of the windshield needed cleaning. They charged more than twice for the insurance that I thought I had paid for on Expedia. She claimed that it hadn't come through from Expedia yet and proceeded to charge their much bigger fee.”

“Arrived around 10pm having a reservation booked third party with a competitor car rental company and was told sorry we don't have any available cars. In desperate need of a car I went counter to counter same story out of cars then @ Enterprise/ National Shay offers a glimmer of hope one car left without a reservation. She explained that she needed to hold it until she fulfilled the reservations held in case one of those wanted a upgrade or found an issue with their car. She took my phone number and assured me that she would call me as soon as available within 30 minutes I was in a nice 2024 ram 1500. In the future I will trust Enterprise for my rental needs”
