DO NOT buy or lease your office equipment here. Did ours then paid off the lease and everything blew up. They REFUSED to renew the Maintenance Agreement and told me to take my business somewhere else. The owner Tim Harms was completely rude in the entire process. Never heard from the sales rep again. Oh, and this was after they switched out like 3 machines to begin with because they could not get one to do what we wanted it to do. They kept pulling multiple pages, printing lines on pages, etc., and they were "supposed" to be new machines. No wonder they don't want to back it with a Maintenance Agreement. I should have known from the start. Oh, then I received an invoice for a toner cartridge they brought us that was supposed to be covered by the maint. agreement which THEY had decided to cancel but didn't tell us until I questioned the invoice we received. Really? They needed the $105 that badly? Really bad business practices and even worse communications. Lesson learned the hard way. Go ANYWHERE except CF BIGGS!!!

Buy or lease office equipment ANYWHERE else. I paid more to do business with a local company; however, they immediately sold my lease to a national third party agency. Save your money and buy from the box stores.

Delivery is extremely quick! We called from my office for a new cartridge for our printer and not even 10 minutes later it was delivered. Great customer service!
