We were traveling and desperately needed a bathroom for one of the kids. A storm had passed and everyone was without power and closed! The manager allowed us to use the bathroom even though the storm was closed. We really appreciate the kindness!!!!

Very disappointed that the brochure of Brookshire's at Mansfield Road for this week is incorrect as it did not apply to Brookshire's Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts of Thighs as Buy One Get One for 1 cent - There were many customers looking for the product and even though we picked out two trays of it besides other products, the cashier said that it was not on offer even tho we showed her the brochure. She was very abrupt when answering us, which made us hopping mad and dissatisfied.We no longer shop at Brookshire's on Line Avenue as one time the cashier overcharged us one extra packet of fish sticks. The monitor did not depict items scanned by the cashier at all.Wish action could be taken to avoid such incidents as it would deter us from shopping at Brookshire's which is a great pity as it has excellent meat and great service from the assistants who help us unload our groceries into our cars.

Most locations are great, and this one usually is, but it’s kind of sad when one coworker there dislikes his job so much that he takes it out on the customer, and when I pointed it out to him (his poor behavior), instead of an apology, he gets defensive and even more irate. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Or maybe he’s just a dick.

Maggie was very sweet and knowledgeable! Works in the deli. Made experience enjoyable. & Troy was super helpful in findings some products! Really appreciate the help and kindness.

A little higher than most liquor stores, unless you catch the weekly sales. Very nice and clean. Please don't drink and drive!
