Their the only pharmacy around that had what I needed when I needed it. Sweet ladies working in there. Brookshires on Linwood and Bert kouns is the place too go.

Prescription for pain med was turned in on Friday. Was told will be ready at 3:45. Called and it was not ready. Closed at 6:00 and was still not ready.The girl at the window who helped us acted like she could care less about helping and was rude. Went on Monday to pick it up and waited behind a car at the window for 20min. Pulled up to window but did not get med for 25min while the girl was talking and laughing with other people in pharmacy. This Prescription was turned in on Friday, we should have been able to pull up get med and be gone within 5-10 minutes. This was a pain med for a stage 3 cancer patient. Not sure why i wrote this because the store (owner) replies with the same thing to every complaintand nothing gets done about it.

The pharmacy supervisor is very rude. She refused to fill my prescription unless I came indoors after I'd been waiting in line for 36 minutes- even though they had 23 minutes left till closing. They are always closing their drive-thru early and making customers wait in line- only to not serve them once they get to the window. When I refused to come in because I was in mynightclothes (hence the benefit of drive-thru)- she threatened to call the cops on me! Then she told me she didn't even have my dog's medicine in stock- even though she told me to come inside for the partial refill. Unbelievable. I will be getting in touch with the store's owner after this upsetting incident. ?

After finding out I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and in immediate need of meds , iI took my prescription to CVS on Southern Loop Road to only find out they were behind over 1,000 precipitations to be filled . Inquired if they could transfer to another location and was told that I was on the list to be filled . Over 36 hours later, I got a text stating it was ready . Way too late if you need to be on an antibiotic immediately!Reached out to Brookshire’s on Bert Kouns where the pharmacist patiently waited on line for 30 mins with CVS to transfer my prescription . They never answered the phone . Had to get my dr to call it in all over again where they filled my prescription within minutes of the call!! Thank you Kyla and pharmacy team at Brookshire’s! Can’t wait for the new pharmacy to open up on Norris Ferry!! Will definitely be transferring from CVS to the new Brookshire’s pharmacy! ??

Using the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my parent, and the line is out in the road nearly and hardly moving. NEVER used a pharmacy THIS SLOW.

I use to love this pharmacy. It has gone completely downhill over the last 2 years. There should be no reason prescriptions take 5 days to fill when they have refills in their system. The line is always insane. Even when there’s 2 people & you think it’s going to be a quick trip, you somehow end up spending the next half hour in line. On the search for a different pharmacy. After a decade of using them, I’m giving up. SOME of their employees are super nice but whatever they have going on, isn’t working.

If I could give this zero stars I would. They have some of the rudest most incompetent people working in that pharmacy. The line is always a MILE long and they are angry when you get to the end of it.

They need to make.sure medicine they have forna month isnrefilled gets old having to waitn30 to 40nmins n they say they dont habe it n u have proof they do get it togther short handed dont mean anything kids grandma is short handed daily n gets he job done so u have no reason at all

We drive from an hour away. I called ahead of time to see if they had them and double checked at the window. When we arrived they had us wait over two hours to tell us they in fact didn't have the full prescription. Frustrating

As a nurse who is constantly having to call pharmacies for my patients, I cannot stand that if you are on hold for more than a minute or two, it will automatically hang up on you!!!!! It's not just this Brookshires pharmacy, it's all of them!!! This infuriates me as I am just trying to take care of my patients! It takes time out of my day having to call this pharmacy back to back to back only to get hung up on every single time!!!!!

Why the 5 stars? Because Brookshires had the foresight to hire Kyla Fulco. In my opinion after the best Pharmacist in S'port She knows her business, is a good listener and all round good person. Walgreens loss is Brookshires and their customers great gain!
