I am so done with them. This Walgreens pharmacy has lied and been very difficult. They told my dr on yesterday that they never filled my medicine. I been going here since I wa about 14 and when they changed. Now what do I do because it is getting worse. The staff don’t have answers but to lie when I have prescriptions at my house with Walgreens on it and this is in my chart where my dr sends my prescription. Someone please help

The absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to in my life. It is a miniature pharmacy in a grocery store so they have very little stock, even of extremely common medicines. The pharmacist told me they did not have my medicine and it would be ordered and swore up and down that it will come in the next day. I wait until about 4 pm the next day, as directed by the pharmacist, and they say they still don’t have it. They suggest I go to another Walgreens and that they would be able to see the prescription in my patient profile. I call another Walgreens while in the store and they can’t see anything because the staff at this location never put the prescription in the system under my profile. As it stands, there is nothing in the system and it seems they "lost" my prescription, and I cannot even imagine how that is possible with everything being digital. I also gave the pharmacist a bottle with one of my medications that showed I had 7 refills left. The pharmacist took that bottle from me and when I came back the next day as directed, they claim to have lost the bottle that I could have taken to another pharmacy showing my 7 refills. Now I have to start over from scratch, not that they care at all. You can tell the pharmacist could not be bothered to speak to me in person or on the phone when I asked to speak to the pharmacist. This is a total nightmare. They don’t care that it is critical medicine that I need daily. I highly recommend going to another location, this Walgreens is diabolical. Avoid at all costs.

my scripts ALWAYS get tied up in the "system" or insurance problem. Why this happens ONLY at this pharmacy not sure. I will be changing after or if I get my medication that I should have had Friday

This was wonderful pharmacy before Walgreens took over now today I was told my meds would be ready at 3 came at 4:25 meds not ready was told they just started working on it to come pick it up tomorrow informed them I was out of my meds then then she say well just come back in 2 hours very bad service on every occasion now

This place used to be better before Walgreens took over. Now it’s really hard to find out ahead if my prescription is ready because the Walgreens services are so frustrating. That said everyone at the actual location is really nice and helpful.

I don't get the bad reviews for this pharmacy. Every single time I've called and spoke with Camille or gone in, Ive been treated professionally. Even received a return call from the pharmacist, which is unheard of in this day where some places wont even answer the phones - heres looking at you CVS right down the street from this pharmacy.

Not sure whats going on up there...prescription was suppose to be ready at 9am get there at 12 and was told it will be ready in 20 minutes if I would like to wait I said no came back at 4pm and was told the same thing be ready in 20 minutes if I would like to wait today is Friday Oct 15th this staff is the reason I will be leaving this pharmacy...I feel sorry for tom

This placehas gone down over the last few years. The staff here is the rudest people I have ever encountered. It is close to my neighborhood but this will be my last visit. For now on I will drive out of my way to tKe my business elsewhere
