The paint they use is cheap. My moms vehicle started losing Clearwater after just a year. Avoid these people like the plauge.

These guys are terrible. They are rude. They lie. It’s not wonder they have so many 1 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. don’t waste your time. DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! I requested and received an estimate for a simple manufacturer claim for a full paint job. Once the claim was fully settled based off of this estimate, I scheduled the work to be done and dropped off my vehicle. Now, after not having my vehicle for a month, I find that Brock's did no work and will not honor their original estimate due to an estimator error on their part. So now I have to start all over with a new, hopefully reputable shop. Whatever happened to taking responsibility and making things right for the customer? Avoid these business practices and look elsewhere.Service: Painting

I'm very satisfied with the customer service and the repairs my friend received on his vehicle.I consigned on a car that had been purchased less than 3 months ago and someone hit my friend. Brocks made it look like it came off the lot. Very pleased with them all around.

My experience with Brocks was by far the absolute worst service I could have ever received. When I picked my vehicle up it had bonding dust everywhere all in my trunk, adhesive was still on the car, my customized projector light was knocked loose and cover missing. I was told they take pictures when the vehicle was brought in but nobody ever went in my passenger door but my car was vacuumed on that side and my air freshener that was under my passenger seat was on the front passenger side floor. Nor could they produce any pics .Then some POS left their red Powerade in my cup holder. I DON’T DRINK POWERADE so no it wasn’t mine. Nothing was done to make any of this right. In addition, they are extremely RUDE. I could have gotten better quality work and customer service from a shade tree shop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP‼️

I should have taken the fact that I was rudely asked to move my truck from an area with a “customer parking” sign when I came for my initial estimate as a sign this would not go well. I was the non-fault participant in a front end collision which left minimal surface damage to my 2019 F-250. Bonnie insisted half the front end of my truck needed to all be replaced. The damage was clearly superficial and barely noticeable. Even though I was not paying for it and not at fault, I did not wish to have my truck taken apart. It was clearly an attempt to overcharge the insurance company once they “found” things mid service. I called to ask about switching the treatment to more of a “paint and polish” plan and never received a call back. Thankfully I have found another body shop not trying to rip off clients/insurance companies. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND.

Worse service every had in my life. Car has been with them over month over insurance claim on windshield. Turn it in on march 30 the company didnt even put order for my part till april 15. This is year 2021 where is professionalism in city of Shreveport. They will lie to your insurance and your basically outa luck. Take my advice dont fool with these people go to another shop. You will loose in the end messing with them. Good luck!!

I will update this review when I get my car back. Yes they have been backed up and it took a month before they could even get my car in and it’s been there 2 weeks now. Hoping I get it back tomorrow. Curious as to which Brocks these reviews are referring to. I used the one on business park drive and I have been talking to Beth. She has been very nice but I am the one that has to call them. But when I call she is very informative. I will finish review tomorrow hoping with the intent of having my car back. Stay tuned.

Oh how I wish I would have read these reviews before I brought my car to this shop. I brought my car in on a Thursday for damage to the side fender due to a minor accident. Called on Tuesday to see how things were going was told that they were waiting on the fender to come in and the car would be ready by Thursday. I was going to be paying out of pocket for the cost because it was below my deductible and so I asked if there was any supplemental damage found? I was told no and everything was going according to the estimate. Woke up the next morning to a message from my insurance company saying Brocks had submitted a supplemental damage claim Called Brocks and was told "oh I'm sorry you were told there was no extra damage, but we submitted the damages to your insurance company so dont worry it wont cost you anything" ..But it does cost me..now I have to pay my full deductible! And they couldn't be clear with me about exactly what was done. They NEVER called me to inform me about the supplemental damages or to tell me that they had contacted my insurance company. When I pick my car up, I am requesting receipts for every part purchased!..Something is definitely not right at this place!

I took my car in the following week after Thanksgiving and now it’s about to be Christmas and I still don’t have my car back this is the slowest and most unprofessional place I ever been I will not recommend anybody to go there unless they have five spare cars to drive
