Great people but could do a better job of actually answering the phone. Hire more help or something but 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone..otherwise great at what they do!

Notified me that my prescription would be delivered on Saturday. I waited all day no show no call. When they finally called me back on Mon I was in for they no longer delivered to my area. I’ll be finding another pharmacy

The wait is reckless. I spoke to the rep around 11:30Am she stated I would be ready at 3:30 it's now after 4pm still not ready. I also had to call ayn ask them about the prescription

Very wonderful. They carry Geritol liquid! And great store brand vitamins! I bought 2 old goats soap and bath salts!

At first, they agreed to fill my prescription. Then when I am pulling into the parking lot, they called to inform me they wouldn't fill my controlled prescription because they are not familiar with my prescribing physician. He offered to speak with them. They declined, saying it was a matter of policy.

I’ve only gone to Boudreaux’s Pharmacy for one medication that has to be compounded and have been satisfied with that. The issue is that the customer service I’ve received is less than stellar. I received a message that my script was ready, and it didn’t have the cost. I tried to call two times, with the phone ringing many times each time. No answer. While I was waiting inside the pharmacy to pick up my script, the phone rang numerous times, and no one answered it. At least two employees were standing around, not appearing to be engaged soon anything. When I asked the cashier why they weren’t answering their phone, she first ignored me. Then I asked again. She gave me some lame answers like you ought to be here all day, you ought to be back here, etc. Bottom line, that’s poor business. Customers are calling for a reason. It’s very aggravating to have a business treat customers this way. I won’t be back. We have options.

I go here for a medication that costs an insane amount at chain pharmacies. Along providing me a much more affordable alternative and needed service, the staff is very communicative, calling to ensure I wanted the script filled since it would not be covered by insurance, and asking if I would like a text or call when it was ready. I got the text the next day, and was delighted to find some mints tucked into the bag as well when I picked it up. The location is also surprisingly furnished, in a way I’m surprised to call cute for a pharmacy, with lots of antique fixtures and even old fashioned candies for purchase.TLDR; All and all a wonderful alternative to big name pharmacies and very grateful to what they provide as a business.
