Not very helpful. They messed my friends upgrade in the system leaving her phone useless. Unless I wanted to pay extra to go through another $80 activation fee. no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere

I went here to get my ACP reactivated and he told me that boost doesn’t do that in store. I called, and the in store is the ONLY way they reactive services. I live 89 miles away in no man’s land and he could have assisted but was just too lazy and lied. Effing Punta

These people are thieves! If you get a text saying Boost is giving you a free phone, watch out! This guy charges you $35.00 for activation and $25.00 for taxes. When in fact you can get Boost to activate phone for free. And this guy can't charge taxes on a phone that he doesn't even pay for. Boost customer service told me that themselves. Told me to get a refund from the store. But the jackass owner wouldn't refund my money. And in other cities Boost mobile only charges $25.00 to activate. This guy is nothing but a thief!

Always Great Service!Patient and Kind. I relocated here in 2016. Went to Boost Mobile , have been with them every since. As of yet, I have no complaints. I always get great service. (Samsung phone (s) purchaser.) I get great reasonable deals. Although I can keep my phone in perfect condition, I only go if I may want an upgrade. Would definitely recommend Boost Mobile as a good Cell Phone Service ?

Prices are good the only issue I have is they didn't give me any info about what to do with one of the phones that wouldn't work when we bought it! So I changed from a 3 to 1 star because I paid my "prepaid" service 2 days before my boost app said and my data and mobile hotspot did not reset so I call customer service yesterday at 1130 am they reset my account and said to turn phones off and back on did that and 1 out of 5 lines actually reset so then began my 9.5 hour saga with Boost customer service. Prepaid is a lie. You basically are in a contract with boor 12 months even if you pay for the phone outright. I even offered to pay the total amount for the remaining months and they will not let me switch service providers.
