My friend lives in misty hollow’s apartment 98 in bossier lived there for 24 years and works 7 days a week mainly comes home to sleep never have problems with the neighbors and pays his rent on time never late doesn’t distract anyone from there habitat and apartment manager gave him notice to get out from apt no reason asked manager too see the landlord she refused too told him no

I don’t understand whypeople want to be accredited by the BBB?Why should I pay a yearly fee just to be on a list? I get more business from word of mouth and Google and don’t pay them anything… When I am looking for a business I look on Google search…I don’t call the BBB!Seems like a big waste of money to me!

When your local BBB office receives reviews that are worse than the vast majority of business located in their own community it begs the question as to why anyone would trust the BBB at all.This particular BBB is an outdated and irrelevant dinosaur that has been replaced by online rating sites like Google , TrustPilot, and Yelp. Fewer and fewer people look to the BBB for recommendations and reviews with each passing year, and even fewer business care to be “accredited” by them. If there’s anything that they are good at it is pestering it’s businesses with calls from sales reps!I’ve been an accredited A+ company for many years but did not renew my account this year, and won’t renew it again, unless they change their practices. I’ve seen non accredited business owners harassed for trying to resolve issues without the help of this BBB office. I’ve seen accredited business owners go from an A+ rating to an F rating because they told the BBB to mind their own business. I’ve actually had communications from this office telling me to remove the BBB logo from my web pages until I renew! Isn’t that a great way to keep long-standing businesses? Any business owner who is serious about maintaining healthy relationships with their clients would constantly be looking for ways to improve their own customer service practices. This BBB office prefers to chase away their customers.The irony is that the BBB has forgotten that they too are a business, and therefore earn reviews based on the services that they provide…Is it any wonder that the BBB nationwide loses more businesses every year? It’s because of poor practices like the ones that this local office engages in.

Called regarding loan in my mother's name that she didn't apply for. Was told it was a PPP scam, they would research a little more to be sure, verified my phone number and would call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone ?
