Phenomenal staff and pristine facility!
Our team walked in tired and sweaty and we were met by Ms. Mary and Ms. Tanya with warm welcomes and cold water. They were well-organized and able to answer every question and to meet every need. Ms. Mary gave us a tour of the facility and helped us to discern the best value to mee our needs. We chose a 10x10 unit and it was immaculate.

This was the first time I had rented a storage room ever. Let me say this Mrs. Amanda at BestYetStorage off Youree Dr. made my experience worth telling about. The process only took a total of 15 minutes, if that to get all the paperwork etc., done. She was accommodating and answered all the questions I asked her. I recommend this business to anyone that needs a storage room.ThanksPDL

We booked a storage unit online on Black Friday. When we arrived, the office was closed for the holidays...posted on door, but not website. Even calling the online support number and emailing the manager was a 2 hr delay. A existing regular customer with a uhaul had been waiting over an hour for a manager response because his gate code wasn't working. We canceled and booked a unit with another company.

Do not use this storage unit company. Twice they left their lock on my unit even though I paid for it. Once while I was at my unit and went to leave ten minutes before they closed, and I found out they locked me in the property. The money you save with them is not worth it. Find a better unit.
